Aitape Diocese has 25 parishes that spreads across Eastern part of Sandaun, in PNG.

Erected on December 17 1982 with current total parishes of 12. Coextensive with the civil Province of Malaita.

The Diocese of Alotau-Sideia was created in 15 November 1966. There are 19 parishes. The areas under this diocese are in Milne Bay Province of Papua New Guinea.

The diocese of Bougainville comprises of the whole of the Autonomous Region of Bougainville with 31 parishes.
